The Embassy of Iceland in Ottawa represents Iceland vis-à-vis Canada as well as Costa Rica. Its mission is to strengthen and deepen political, economic, and cultural relations with these countries and to provide consular support to Icelandic citizens therein. The Embassy of Iceland in Ottawa opened in May 2001.
