Investment Agreements with investment protection in force
Multilateral: a) Agreement on the European Economic Area (EEA) of 1992, which entered into force on 1 January 1994. The contracting parties comprise the 27 EU member states and three EFTA states Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway. b) Agreement on the European Free Trade Association (EFTA) of 1960. The contracting parties are Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Switzerland. c) EFTA-Singapore Free Trade Agreement.
Bilateral (BITs): China, Chile, Egypt, Korea, Lebanon, Mexico, Viet Nam
